Almost all new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original box/packaging. You must include any manufacturer tags, parts, and accessories.
Up to a 15% restocking fee may apply unless your reason for returning is damage to the product incurred during the shipping and handling process.
Prior to returning a product or receiving a replacement product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number, please contact wholesomebodyandsoul7@gmail.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field)and include the following information:
Your order number.
A description of the product which you wish to return or exchange.
Whether you wish to return or exchange the product.
In the case of an exchange, what product you would like as a replacement.
Your reason for seeking a refund or exchange.
If your reason for seeking a refund or exchange is damage to the product incurred during the shipping and handling process, a photograph showing the damage.
After we receive this information and your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return or exchange your item.
All sales are final 30 days after delivery unless returned or exchanged as described above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The amount of time it takes for your credit to post will vary depending on the form of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
